today, i wasn't feeling much love or happiness or passion or sunshine. at times like this, it's pretty hard to cheer myself up but i did find all of the above on tumblr (of all places).

this video spoke to my heart and lifted my spirits and inspired me incredibly. i hope that it would do the same for you, especially if you're having a bad day as well.

also, this video reminded me of the glories of being alive and made me fall more in love with, in my opinion, the best city i've ever known.

hello loves! (: i hope you all had a really wonderful week, as i did. yesterday, my friends and i had a photo adventure and a post-lunch picnic at the park near our school. (: it was so much fun, ahhh. the weather was lovely, as well. breezy, soft sunlight through the tree canopies and happy, blissful silence broken now and again by our voices and laughter.

baby Ryan turned 4 yesterday! (: he is just so hilarious and cheeky and just overall adorable. ahhh, it's back to school tomorrow and i'm feeling so lazy. but if my guesstimations are correct, Michael Buble's "Feeling Good" will get me back on track this whole week.

i watched Beastly today and absolutely love it. (: partly because it was filmed in New York, and the city was so beautifully portrayed. such eye candy! and so were Alex and Vanessa. (: all in all, it was way better than what i expected. have any of you watched it? xx

day out.

yesterday, i had the most wonderful day out with my girlfriends! (: we ate Swedish meatballs and explored every department in Ikea and went Keri Smith-book hunting and watched The Ward and sat around doing alot of girl talk. hehe. good old-fashioned fun. (:

+we saw this huge New York print in one of the rooms in Ikea and i fell head over heels in love with it. i am close to obsessed about New York, hehe. (: i'm also loving everything teen spirit and wanderlust, like Young Blood and the poster in that last photo!
